PoSHOP AI là dịch vụ trợ lý AI dùng theo tài khoản, gói, tín dụng và sản phẩm AI. Kết quả AI có thể sai, vì vậy người dùng phải tự kiểm tra trước khi sử dụng.

Không dùng dịch vụ để gian lận học tập, vi phạm nội quy trường học, gửi tài liệu có bản quyền, tài liệu mật, đề thi, hoặc nội dung bị hạn chế.

Một số sản phẩm có thể dùng tuyến chi phí thấp qua Kie.ai; tuyến này là bên thứ ba và không phải tuyến API chính thức của các nhà cung cấp khác.

PoSHOP AI provides AI chatbot access, credits, plans, custom agents, and related account tools for students and other users.

The service may route requests through low-cost third-party API providers such as Kie.ai or through official provider APIs when configured by the administrator.

AI assistants can make mistakes. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for your purpose.

You are responsible for checking AI output before relying on it. We do not guarantee academic, professional, legal, financial, medical, or technical accuracy.

You must use the service in a way that follows your school rules, course policies, exam rules, and applicable law.

Do not use PoSHOP AI to cheat, bypass academic rules, impersonate another person, or submit AI-generated work as your original work where prohibited.

Products may use a low-cost third-party route via Kie.ai or a direct official API route when configured. The Kie route is not an official provider route.

The service is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Kie.ai, Microsoft, Amazon, or another provider unless explicitly stated and verified.

Do not submit illegal, harmful, confidential, copyrighted, exam-restricted, or private materials unless you have permission and a lawful reason.

Do not upload books, paid textbooks, paid course PDFs, scanned books, exam papers, confidential school materials, or third-party assignments without permission.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Payments, credits, subscriptions, manual payment reviews, and unused balances are handled according to the product screen and the Refund Policy. Used credits are generally not refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoSHOP AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, academic, business, or data-loss damages from use of the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
